We are looking for a hands-on Technician to support Product Verification & Validation (PV&V) teams. This role is ideal for someone with experience troubleshooting diesel engines and electrical systems . Technicians/Mechanics from agricultural equipment dealerships could be a strong fit. Entry-level candidates with a 2-year degree from an Agricultural Technology, Diesel Technology, or similar program will also be considered. What You'll Do Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues involving diesel engines, electrical systems, and new products Use advanced diagnostic tools and technical information to identify and solve problems Analyze data and work with engineering and other teams to resolve technical issues Develop technical solutions and documentation for recurring problems Help gather and install parts for production updates and machine improvements Travel approximately 10-20% throughout the U.S. and Canada to troubleshoot equipment and support machine updates Follow established processes for technical problem resolution Provide technical guidance and support to dealers, field teams, and other partners What We're Looking For 2+ year technical degree in Electrical Engineering Technology, Diesel Power Technology, Manufacturing Engineering Technology, Technology Management, Agricultural Technology, or a related field — or equivalent hands-on experience Strong experience with diesel engine diagnostics Experience troubleshooting electrical systems Knowledge of diesel aftertreatment systems Familiarity with Battery Electric Vehicle (BEV) systems Strong technical and mechanical troubleshooting skills Ability to use diagnostic tools, software, and applications Proficient with Microsoft Office and Teams Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills

Ideal Backgrounds:

Agricultural equipment technician/mechanic, diesel technician, heavy equipment technician, agricultural technology graduate, or similar hands-on technical experience.
