Responsibilities Cultivate new business opportunities through warm calling, networking, and targeted outreach to prospective clients in the fuel and lubricants sector. Manage and grow existing customer accounts by providing tailored solutions that meet their operational needs. Lead negotiations and close deals efficiently while maintaining a focus on long-term client satisfaction and retention. Develop strategic sales plans utilizing market analysis, competitor insights, and industry trends to maximize revenue potential. Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM systems to track customer interactions, manage pipeline stages, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement. Collaborate with marketing teams to implement promotional campaigns that enhance brand visibility and generate leads. Maintain thorough knowledge of product offerings, industry regulations, and technological advancements to effectively communicate value propositions to clients. Requirements Proven experience in technical or software sales within a corporate or enterprise selling environment, with a focus on B2B transactions. Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities to build rapport with diverse clients. Demonstrated success in managing customer accounts, closing sales, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. Proficiency in Salesforce or other sales management systems for tracking activities and analyzing performance metrics. Knowledge of the fuel and lubricants industry is preferred but not mandatory; a willingness to learn industry-specific products is essential. Ability to perform cold calls, conduct client meetings, and deliver compelling presentations confidently.
