Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and identify their needs through active listening and engaging conversation. Demonstrate product features, including mobile phones, accessories, and service plans, to enhance customer understanding and interest. Assist customers with retail sales transactions using POS (Point of Sale) systems, ensuring accurate cash register operations and cash handling procedures. Upsell products and services by highlighting benefits, promotions, and additional features to maximize sales opportunities. Manage stock levels by stocking shelves, merchandising displays, and ensuring product availability for customers. Handle retail store operations such as cashiering, cash drawer handling, and processing retail sales transactions efficiently. Maintain excellent phone etiquette when assisting customers via calls or inquiries, providing clear information about products and services. Support team members by supervising daily store activities when needed and contributing to a positive shopping environment. Experience Previous retail sales experience is preferred, especially in wireless or electronics environments. Supervising experience is a plus for those interested in leadership opportunities within the store. Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish (bilingual) are essential for effective customer interactions. Familiarity with POS systems, cash register operations, retail math, and cash handling procedures is highly desirable. Knowledge of retail store product knowledge, merchandising techniques, and customer service best practices will help you succeed. Ability to perform basic math accurately for transactions and inventory management. Experience demonstrating products or conducting product demos to educate customers about features and benefits is advantageous.
