Position Overview:

We're looking for energetic and results-driven Call Center Sales Representatives to join our team. You'll be the voice of K1 Speed—engaging with new and existing customers, handling inbound and outbound calls, and converting inquiries into bookings for parties, corporate events, and group racing experiences.

What You'll Do:

Handle high-volume inbound and outbound sales calls Convert leads into booked events with enthusiasm and professionalism Provide detailed product and service information Follow up with potential customers and maintain client relationships Meet and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs Use CRM tools to log calls, leads, and customer data Work weekends and holidays as part of a rotating schedule
