We are hiring Call Transfer Agents/Openers who will learn our systems, programs, and sales process before advancing into a Debt Closer position. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has call center experience and wants to move into a higher-earning sales role with hourly pay, weekly commissions, uncapped earning potential, bonuses, and SPIFFs. Your Career Path Call Transfer Agent / Opener → Debt Closer You will begin by handling inbound calls, qualifying potential clients, and transferring qualified leads to our sales representatives. As you demonstrate strong performance, product knowledge, communication skills, and the ability to follow our process, you may have the opportunity to advance into a Debt Closer position. Call Transfer Agent / Opener Responsibilities Receive and vet inbound calls from potential clients Determine whether callers qualify for our programs Transfer qualified leads to Debt Closers Provide professional and excellent customer service Maintain accurate client information and documentation Complete data entry and update client records Follow call scripts, procedures, and company guidelines Maintain excellent phone etiquette and professionalism Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth client experience What We're Looking For Call center experience is

REQUIRED.

At least 1 year of call center experience Strong communication and phone skills Fluent in English Previous sales or customer service experience preferred Experience in Debt Settlement, Loans, Mortgage, Tax Relief, Insurance, or other sales-related industries is a plus Comfortable working in a fast-paced call center environment Strong attention to detail Basic computer skills and accurate data entry Coachable, accountable, motivated, and willing to learn Must be comfortable following scripts and working with multiple sales representatives Bilingual or multilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply. Our Debt Closers work with pre-qualified, inbound leads and help prospective clients determine whether debt settlement is the right solution for their financial situation.
