Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and motivated Telemarketer to join our team! In this role, you will be engaging with potential clients through outbound calls to promote our exterior home remodeling solutions. Your enthusiasm and persuasive communication skills will drive customer interest, foster relationships, and contribute to our growth. Schedule is Monday-Friday, some Saturdays as needed. Job Duties Make outbound calls to homeowner for exterior remodeling services (e.g., roofing, solar, painting, windows) Qualify inbound leads, schedule appointments, and coordinate with field sales reps Maintain detailed CRM records of all calls, scripts, and outcomes Meet daily/weekly call and appointment-setting targets Collaborate closely with Inside and Field Sales to optimize lead conversion Experience Previous telemarketing, inside sales, or appointment-setting experience (ideally in home services or remodeling) Confident phone presence, polished communication and persuasion skills Results-driven mindset with a strong follow-through Comfortable working in a fast-paced, call-intensive environment Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on achieving results while ensuring customer satisfaction. A background in customer service is beneficial for understanding client needs effectively. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
