Kelly Ford is currently seeking an BDC / Call Center Consultant with experience setting appointments, preferably with Auto Industry/BDC experience, to join our high-volume Business Development Center team. In this position you will answer incoming calls, reply to internet leads, and contact previous owners with the objective of making appointments for the sales team and working with service customers. Call Center Consultant:

1 or more years of experience making outbound calls and setting appointments

REQUIRED!

Bilingual English/Spanish a PLUS! Previous Auto Industry/BDC experience preferred but not required.
