Responsibilities Conduct outbound door-to-door visits in Coral Gables and sounding to prospective clients, introducing our products and services with confidence and clarity. Engage in consultative selling by listening carefully to customer needs, explaining product benefits, and tailoring solutions accordingly. Negotiate terms and close deals through persuasive communication and relationship-building techniques. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, preferences, and feedback within Salesforce Cloud or other CRM systems. Use telemarketing skills for warm calling campaigns to generate interest before face-to-face visits. Collaborate with team members via call center experience and inside sales strategies to maximize outreach efforts and achieve sales targets. Qualifications Proven experience in technical or technology sales, especially within B2B (business-to-business) environments or inside sales roles. Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities in English. Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms; experience with Salesforce Cloud is a plus. Demonstrated success in outbound calling, telemarketing, and deal closing activities. Ability to adopt new sales technology tools quickly and efficiently to enhance productivity. Customer service-oriented mindset with excellent client communication skills and the ability to handle objections professionally. Prior call center experience or inside sales background is highly desirable. Comfortable working independently in a door-to-door setting while maintaining a high level of motivation and professionalism.
