Your job is to guide them, educate them, and help them book the right treatment. • Respond to a high volume of inbound website leads and phone calls
• Convert interested prospects into booked consultations and procedures
• Follow up with warm and previously interested leads
• Rebook existing patients for additional treatments
• Build rapport, educate patients, overcome objections, and confidently close sales
• Keep detailed notes and maintain an organized sales pipeline in our CRM
• Work with clinic teams to maximize patient experience and scheduling. Our sales cycles range from 10 minutes to 3 weeks, so you'll manage both quick wins and longer follow-up opportunities. What Makes This Role Different

• Minimum 2 years of successful sales experience
• Strong phone presence and communication skills
• Excellent organization and follow-up
• Competitive mindset with a desire to exceed goals
• Coachable and eager to learn
• Comfortable using CRM software and managing multiple leads Experience as a medical aesthetics patient or familiarity with Botox, fillers, weight loss, or other cosmetic procedures is preferred, but not required for exceptional candidates who are eager to learn. Compensation & Benefits

• Performance-based commission
