Job Description

Overview We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Scheduler to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will coordinate appointments, manage calendars, and ensure seamless communication between home buyers, home sellers, vendors, and real estate agents. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help keep our operations running smoothly, supporting both internal teams and clients with efficiency and professionalism. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a well-organized office environment where your skills in scheduling, administrative support, and customer service will shine. Responsibilities Develop and maintain accurate schedules for home inspection appointments using calendar management tools. Coordinate with team members, clients, and vendors to confirm appointments and resolve scheduling conflicts promptly. Answer inquiries with professional phone etiquette. Perform data entry, and update records using our internal software. Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries via phone or email and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors. Requirements Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong organizational skills. Basic computer literacy. Experience with QuickBooks or bookkeeping is a plus. Excellent phone etiquette skills Strong typing skills along with attention to detail for data entry tasks. Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining professionalism under pressure. Pay:
$23.52 - $28.32 per hour
