In-Person Position We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) for a school-based opportunity in Thermal, California for the 2026-2027 school year. This is an in-person role supporting students within a collaborative educational environment while working under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist. The hiring process is immediate, and we are actively interviewing qualified candidates. Responsibilities Provide speech and language therapy services under the direction and supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist Implement individualized treatment plans and therapy activities Support students with articulation, language, fluency, and communication goals Assist with documentation, therapy notes, and student progress tracking Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student success Maintain compliance with school district policies and state regulations Assist with classroom-based and small-group therapy services as assigned Requirements Active California SLPA License required Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program or related field Completion of required fieldwork/clinical hours per California state guidelines Experience in pediatric or school-based settings preferred Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to work effectively with students of varying needs and abilities Position Highlights Competitive pay: $55.00
