Schedule:

To be determined Responsibilities Provide on-site, in-person behavioral support services across multiple district campuses Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) Perform student observations and develop behavior intervention recommendations Collaborate with district psychologists, administrators, and educational teams Support students with emotional and behavioral needs within high school settings Assist in implementing evidence-based behavioral strategies and interventions Qualifications Active BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board Minimum of 1 year of school-based BCBA experience required Experience working with high school populations strongly preferred Experience supporting students identified as Emotionally Disabled (ED) required Strong collaboration and communication skills Compensation for this position ranges from $52.50 to $72.50.
