Job Description

Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Step into a rewarding contract opportunity for the 2026-2027 academic year near Barre, VT, supporting students as a School Psychologist. This in-person position centers on fostering academic, social, and emotional well-being, offering the chance to work closely with educators, families, and administrators to create inclusive school environments.
Key Qualifications:
Hold current state certification as a School Psychologist (must meet all state-specific licensure and credentialing requirements) Experience working within K-12 school settings preferred Strong knowledge of psychological assessments, IEP processes, and
RTI/MTSS
frameworks Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities Committed to in-person service delivery for the full contract duration
Role Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations and assessments Collaborate with special education teams to develop and monitor IEPs Provide direct and indirect support to students through counseling and consultation Participate in data-driven problem-solving meetings Assist in the development of school-wide interventions and mental health initiatives Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to all compliance regulations Foster positive relationships with students, staff, and families
