Qualifications:

Valid SLPA license or certification Previous experience in K-12 educational or pediatric healthcare settings Strong ability to implement therapy activities under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills Energetic, adaptable, and dedicated to positive student outcomes

Responsibilities:

Carry out speech and language intervention sessions with students as directed by a supervising SLP Document progress, maintain service logs, and assist in preparing materials Support IEP (Individualized Education Plan) implementation and participate in team meetings as needed Foster an encouraging, inclusive learning environment for students with diverse backgrounds and needs Collaborate with teachers, families, and the multidisciplinary team to maximize student success
