Job Description
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A speaking and language therapy professional is needed to provide direct services in a school setting covering multiple maternity leaves in the Anoka, MN area. This role offers the opportunity to work onsite within a dynamic elementary and middle school environment, supporting students with varied speech and language needs.
Responsibilities:
Deliver direct speech-language therapy services focused on individual and small group sessions based on a 3:1 service model (three weeks direct services followed by one week indirect) Manage a caseload primarily composed of elementary students, including some with more intensive needs (Setting III CDC) Provide therapy only; evaluations will be handled by a separate team Collaborate closely with educators and support staff to meet student goals Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and state requirementsQualifications:
Valid Speech-Language Pathology certification (SLP-CCC or school licensure) Experience working in school settings preferred Eligibility for licensure or certification in Minnesota Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and maintain confidentialitySchedule and Location:
Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday Flexible start and end dates depending on maternity leave schedules Service locations include various schools in the Anoka area (Brooklyn Center, Blaine, Roosevelt Middle School) Primarily onsite positionBenefits:
