Must be able to multi task. Must be available for overtime if needed. Must live in the twin cities area or be willing to relocate. Project Coordinator Main Responsibilities Include the Following Scheduling crews, inspections, and equipment deliveries Communicating with homeowners, property managers, and insurance adjusters Tracking project progress Managing documentation, photos, estimates, and job files Handling permits, invoices, and insurance paperwork Updating CRMs or restoration software like Dash or Xactimate Monitoring timelines, budgets, and customer satisfaction Making sure the production crew have what they need before arriving onsite Feel free to call (763) 234-0017 for questions.
