• $42-48/ hour

Schedule:

20-30 hours / week

Requirements:

Active MN licensure (LGSW,LICSW, LPCC, LMFT, LP, or equivalent) Experience in youth residential or intensive services Background supporting program growth, change, or stabilization

Job Description :

Partner with senior leadership to support day-to-day operations and ensure high-quality residential services for youth Help oversee program operations, including service delivery, safety, compliance, and overall care standards Troubleshoot operational challenges such as staffing, scheduling, census, and facility needs Support financial oversight, including budget monitoring and expense management Assist in maintaining program quality through policy alignment, documentation standards, and continuous improvement efforts Provide leadership support to staff, including coaching, onboarding, training, and promoting team engagement and retention Contribute to project and change management initiatives, ensuring strong coordination, communication, and follow-through Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to support effective operations and represent the program professionally Benefits of working for Temp Social Work
