Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract A rewarding opportunity is available for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide onsite services within an elementary school setting in Trona, CA. This full-time contract position runs from August 6, 2026, through May 27, 2027, offering 37.5 hours per week dedicated to supporting children's speech and language development.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive speech-language therapy to an elementary caseload Collaborate with educators and parents to develop customized treatment plans Perform assessments and document progress to ensure compliance with educational standards Participate in team meetings to support students' overall communication goals
Qualifications:
Valid Speech-Language Pathology License with CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) Experience working as an SLP in school environments, preferably with elementary-aged students Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapy techniques and educational regulations Ability to work full-time onsite, engaging directly with students and staff
Location:
This position requires onsite presence in Trona, California, allowing hands-on involvement and improved student outcomes. Remote or virtual work is not an option for this role, as the district prioritizes onsite support over virtual services.
