This position offers a contract-to-hire arrangement with potential for long-term placement.

Ridgecrest, CA Schedule:

Four 10-hour shifts per week Variable days and afternoon shifts Potential option for a 7-on, 7-off day shift schedule

Responsibilities:

Manage inpatient pharmacy staffing duties within the hospital setting Ensure accurate dispensing of medications in compliance with hospital policies and procedures Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient medication therapy Support inpatient pharmacy workflow and maintain inventory control Assist with on-call pharmacy responsibilities during working days when needed

Qualifications & Desired Experience:
