A Physiologist studies cell, plant or animal life systems, including human anatomy, and studies the effects of outside agents on the human body. May teach physiology, work with patients in clinical settings, or do research in a specialized area of physiology, including vaccine or pharmaceutical development.

Job Summary:
This position is responsible for the instruction of Anatomy and Physiology classes. This includes preparation for classes, and the creation and management of course content.
Duties & Responsibilities:
The Adjunct Instructor for Anatomy and Physiology will teach assigned classes. The days and times of classes are dependent on schedule, budget, and enrollment.

Minimum Qualifications:
Education:
The successful Anatomy and Physiology adjunct instructor must have a Master's degree in a Health Science or related Master's degree and at least 18 graduate credit hours in the discipline to be taught.

Experience:
Previous experience teaching in a community college setting is preferred.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Preferred experience with curriculum development. Preferred clinical experience.
