full-time Scientist I - Primary Endothelial Cell Assays & Liver Biology I'm partnering with a growing biotech company seeking a Scientist I to support primary endothelial cell assays and liver biology research. Requirements
- PhD in Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, Vascular Biology, Liver Biology, or related field; MS with relevant industry experience considered
- Hands-on experience with primary human endothelial cells
- Experience with endothelial biology, assay development, and troubleshooting
- Experience with liver biology, MASLD/MASH, fibrosis, or related disease areas
- Proficiency with qPCR, ELISA, Western blot, immunostaining, and microscopy Responsibilities
- Develop, optimize, and execute primary endothelial cell assays
- Support liver biology and target validation studies
- Analyze experimental data and troubleshoot assay performance
- Maintain accurate laboratory documentation and communicate results Preferred
- Liver sinusoidal endothelial cell experience
- Co-culture, permeability assays, flow cytometry, or high-content imaging
