GENERAL SCOPE OF WORK/RESPONSIBILITIES
The successful candidate will be expected to conduct research with goats or hair sheep at the
LU-SLSAAS.
The research involves investigating the interrelationships between host animals and internal parasites, manipulating host immunity to reduce parasitism, and exploring alternative medicines to control internal parasites in small ruminants. The successful candidate is expected to mentor undergraduate and graduate students in the research laboratories.

Required Qualifications A PhD in Animal Science, Veterinary, Biology, or a closely related discipline is required.
