Pay Range:

$65 to $75 an hour.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and execute in vitro assays to characterize CAR T biology and therapeutic candidates.

Evaluate T cell cytotoxicity, effector function, proliferation, cytokine production, and immune phenotypes.

Design and assess CAR constructs and support CAR T production workflows.

Perform primary T cell isolation, activation, transduction, and functional assays.

Analyze and interpret complex experimental datasets.

Establish and track experimental milestones and timelines.

Present experimental strategies, results, and scientific conclusions to cross functional stakeholders.

Maintain accurate experimental documentation in ELN systems.

Required Qualifications:

BS with 7 or more years of relevant experience, MS with 5 or more years of relevant experience, or PhD with relevant CAR T, genetic medicine, or immuno oncology experience.

Extensive CAR T assay development and candidate evaluation experience.

Hands on CAR construct design, CAR T production, and T cell functional evaluation experience.

Strong experience with primary T cell isolation, activation, transduction, cytotoxicity, proliferation, and cytokine profiling.

Hands on multicolor flow cytometry and immunological assay experience including ELISA, Luminex, and cytotoxicity assays.

Experience independently designing, executing, and interpreting experiments.

Strong scientific data analysis and communication skills.

Experience maintaining detailed records in an Electronic Lab Notebook.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience leading preclinical cell therapy projects.

Experience mentoring scientists or junior researchers.

Experience with semi automated liquid handling systems.

Experience developing high throughput cell based assay workflows.

Experience with synthetic biology or immune modulation.
