•8:00 AM A Brief Overview The Manufacturing Compounder plays an important role in producing high-quality liquid compounds while following established formulas, manufacturing procedures, safety requirements, and quality standards. In this hands-on position, you'll accurately weigh and mix raw materials, operate and prepare manufacturing equipment, complete batch documentation, perform quality checks, and help ensure products are manufactured safely and consistently. You'll work as part of a collaborative manufacturing team while gaining valuable experience in compounding, batch manufacturing, quality control, GMP practices, and regulated production processes. What You'll Do Accurately weigh, measure, and mix raw materials according to approved formulas and batch specifications. Manufacture liquid compounds while following established production procedures, quality requirements, and safety standards. Set up and prepare manufacturing equipment for production runs. Monitor the compounding process and make appropriate adjustments to ensure products meet required specifications. Perform quality checks throughout the manufacturing process to help ensure product consistency and integrity. Accurately document production activities, measurements, batch information, and other required data. Follow established Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and workplace safety procedures. Perform routine cleaning and sanitation of manufacturing equipment and work areas according to established work instructions. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized production environment. Assist with raw material and finished-product inventory activities as needed. Identify and communicate production, equipment, quality, or material concerns to the appropriate team members. Support the training and onboarding of new compounders as experience is gained. Work collaboratively with Production, Quality, and other departments to keep manufacturing operations running efficiently. Perform additional responsibilities as needed based on location and production requirements. What We're Looking For Education High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Education or training in Chemical Technology, Manufacturing, or a related field is a plus. Experience 1-3 years of experience in compounding, batch manufacturing, pharmaceutical manufacturing, chemical processing, or a related production environment preferred. Previous experience working in a manufacturing or chemical processing environment is preferred.
