As a Chemist I, you will be part of the Research & Development department supporting innovative product development initiatives. Complete formulas and follow up on their stability to ensure quality and consistency Create prototype formulas and perform modifications to meet product specifications Provide creative and resourceful solutions to issues that arise during product development Collaborate with various support groups within R D to facilitate project success Maintain a minimum of 5 basic projects simultaneously, ensuring timely progress and quality standards What's Needed? Bachelor's degree in a science-related field Minimum of 2 years of experience, preferably in the cosmetics industry Proficiency in computer literacy and data management Excellent communication skills and ability to handle multiple projects concurrently Strong team-player attitude with a positive outlook What's in it for me?
