Job Description

Salary:
$200•275 per hour

JN•052026-37164 Locums Transfusion Pathology Physician in Greenville, North Carolina•Weekday Schedule, Transfusion Medicine Focus Focused entirely on transfusion medicine and apheresis services, this role combines weekday clinical coverage with manageable rotating consult call.
Practice & Cases:
Transfusion medicine and apheresis-focused pathology service Complex antibody workups and blood bank consultation Therapeutic exchanges, massive transfusion protocols, and refractory bleeding support Trauma, oncology, hematology, and obstetric hemorrhage case mix
Schedule:
Monday through Friday coverage 8:00 am to 5:00 pm schedule Rotating night and weekend phone consult call Ongoing coverage while permanent recruitment continues
Requirements:
Must be an MD or DO Board Certified in Pathology Active North Carolina license required Blood Bank or Transfusion Medicine certification preferred

Airfare, lodging, rental car, and mileage covered Travel accommodations provided for assignment coverage We'd be happy to discuss the transfusion medicine workflow and how the weekday schedule and rotating consult call are structured.
