Job Description

As part of the team, you will be pursuing the most advanced, innovative, and cost-effective treatment options, so that our patients receive personalized, custom care best suited to their situation. The Directo of Clinical Research directs and oversees the clinical research function for Oklahoma Cancer Specialists and Research Institute (OCSRI). In coordination with the Research Medical Director, develops and executes the strategic vision for the research program, including responsibility for driving program growth, expanding the clinical trial portfolio increasing patient access to research opportunities, and strengthening relationships with pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and research partners. Provides leadership and operational oversight for Phase I through Phase IV clinical trials, including early-phase, observational, registry, and theragnostic studies. Collaborates with research physicians, clinical leaders, and administrative leadership to ensure the delivery of a high-quality, patient-centered, and financially sustainable research program. Oversees the development and performance of research operations, quality, and compliance functions, including the implementation of action plans designed to improve practice-based research operations, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, patient enrollment, study activation, and overall program performance. Supports and adheres to the Oklahoma Cancer Specialists and Research Institute Compliance Program, to include the Code of Ethics and Business Standards.
