Job Summary The Land Resource Specialist is responsible for supporting the entire Land Resource Group, including reclamation, project management, permitting & entitlements, and environmental. Job Responsibilities Vendor management Project management and setting SOW for projects Provide back office support supporting the bid process & project execution Establishing PO's and requisitions Ensuring timely payments to vendors Standard reporting and analytics for the team Developing standard work for processes across the team Applying new technology to processes (BSC, Mapistry, ELMS, etc.) Interact often with regulators and other permit officials Work with regulators on SMARA inspections and perform FACE updates and bonding Adhere to all CEMEX and
OSHA/MSHA
rules and regulations at all times and wear proper safety equipment while on plant grounds Meet or exceed company safety standards Perform other job responsibilities as assigned by management Qualifications Bachelors Degree Required, preferably in the disciplines of Geology, Engineering, Environmental Sciences, or Business.
