In this role you will have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of project types and teams. This role will provide support and coordination with environmental agencies to address environmental concerns. Build your Foundation. Build your Future. Build your Legacy. Come to TTL. What You'll Do Performs routine field environmental sampling of groundwater, storm water, soil, etc. Monitors, observes, samples, and records field environmental conditions. Follow proper procedures, perform accurate computations, and maintains cordial relationships with coworkers, clients, contractors, etc. Prepares daily reports and data sheets. Operates with close to moderate supervision. Assists and conducts environmental surveys, wetland delineations, habitat assessments and biological monitoring. Typical activities include, but are not limited to: map reading, maintain chain-of-custody forms, utilize equipment to measure field parameters, environmental site inspections, and field inspections for drilling access and general utility clearance.

Requirements:

BS in environmental science, biology, geology, engineering or related field 1-5 years of experience in related field Ability to communicate professionally orally and in writing Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment Valid driver's license with a good driving record Ability to travel overnight, extended on occasion, sometimes with short notice

Physical Fitness:

perform heavy lifting up to 50+ lbs; possess sufficient stamina to work in outdoor (hot & cold) environment; be certified to wear a respirator Possess mechanical aptitude to troubleshoot and repair equipment
