Job Overview The Lead Tech level employee is an employee that has at least 2 years of experience and has significant knowledge of the monitoring and MOC work associated with the facility. Each tech level employees will be trained to complete the following work types: Provide leadership, mentorship, and training to ensure consistent performance and compliance. Assist in improving time on tools expectations of monitoring staff Assist in work as assigned as needed (responsibilities vary due to conditions and requirements of the facility).
