Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Registered Nurse (RN) to oversee our Infection Prevention and Risk Management programs. This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring infection prevention strategies while promoting patient safety, regulatory compliance, and quality improvement throughout the organization.
Salary:
$67,473 - $79,215
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and evaluate infection prevention and control policies and procedures. Conduct surveillance, analyze infection data, and identify trends to reduce healthcare-associated infections. Lead risk management activities, including incident investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective action plans. Ensure compliance with CMS, state, and other regulatory standards. Provide education and training to staff on infection prevention, patient safety, and risk management practices. Collaborate with leadership and interdisciplinary teams to promote quality improvement initiatives and a culture of safety. Prepare reports, maintain required documentation, and participate in surveys and audits.
Qualifications:
Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license, valid in the State of Oklahoma Experience in infection prevention, quality improvement, or risk management preferred. Strong knowledge of infection control principles, regulatory requirements, and quality improvement processes. Excellent communication, organizational, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Pay:
$67,473.80 - $79,215.77 per year
