Job Description
Gibson Dunn's Washington, D.C. office is seeking an associate with 2 or more years of experience (class of 2024 or above) with health regulatory or government enforcement matters involving drug and vaccine products. Qualified candidates must have experience with at least some of the following areas: Medicare and Medicaid statute and regulations related to coverage and reimbursement of prescription drugs; federal government price reporting laws and regulations (e.g., requirements under the Medicaid Drug Rebate Program, Medicare Part B - Average Sales Price, Section 340B of the Public Health Service Act, the Veterans Health Care Act); False Claims Act; and/or the Anti-Kickback Statute. Strong academic credentials and advanced analytical, research, and writing skills are required. The annual compensation for this position starts at $235,000. The salary offered within this range will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations.
