Pay Range:
$38.00 - $43.00 Per Hour #
LP Job Summary:
This role involves conducting detailed technical investigations into product complaints, primarily for medical devices. You will be responsible for assessing returned units, performing laboratory testing, and documenting findings to drive product improvements and ensure quality. The position requires strong analytical skills, meticulous reporting, and effective communication with various internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate returned product units using laboratory equipment. Author comprehensive technical investigation reports. Conduct root cause analysis for product failures. Collaborate with quality and cross-functional teams. Support laboratory equipment management and validation.
Must-Have Skills:
5+ years of experience in complaints/failure analysis. Proficiency in medical device complaint handling. Experience with ISO standards and risk analysis. Domain /
Industry Experience:
Experience in the medical device industry, specifically with Class II or Class III devices, is strongly preferred.
