Job Description
Job Summary The Staff Scientist In Vitro ADME will be responsible for the scheduling, conduct, analysis, archiving and reporting of weekly in vitro screening assays including metabolic intrinsic clearance, CYP450 inhibition and CYP450 reaction phenotyping studies Summary of the Essential Functions of the Job Essential functions include working in one or more of the following technical areas with appropriate supervision Conduct weekly discovery stage screening high throughput in vitro ADME assays, such as intrinsic clearance, protein and tissue binding, CYP450 inhibition, CYP450 reaction phenotyping and whole blood stability Perform routine laboratory tasks, including reagent preparation, equipment maintenance, and supply management With appropriate supervision, analyze, record, and archive data, prepare summary documents, and report data as needed Minimum Requirements Bachelor s degree in a relevant scientific discipline with up to 3 years of experience or an M.S. (industry experience preferred) Strong preference given to candidates with hands-on experience with in vitro ADME assays High-throughput screening and
