$125,000 - $156,000Knowesis is seeking an SME III - Implementation Scientist applies established scientific frameworks to successfully integrate evidence-based practices into clinical settings. This role involves designing and monitoring pilot studies to determine the feasibility of widespread adoption within the MHS.The Job Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:- implementation science subject matter expertise to conduct multi-site pilot studies assessing the feasibility of implementing novel evidence-based practices.
- Conduct recurring outreach to participating pilot sites to monitor progress and facilitate modification of strategies to promote uptake and fidelity.
- Develop pilot-specific knowledge translation and implementation support tools.
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative pilot data to assess the comparative effectiveness of implementation strategies.
- Prepare summative reports and implementation guides informed by study findings to guide expanded implementation.
Required Qualifications:
- Doctorate degree in a health-related or behavioral science field.
- At least 8 years of postdoctoral experience directly related to implementation science or quality improvement research.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience utilizing formal implementation science frameworks (e.g., RE-AIM, CFIR).
- Experience leading clinical practice change initiatives in large hospital networks.
