- _Saint Luke's Hospital on the Plaza is looking for a Medical Lab Scientist for our Microbiology department. You will have the opportunity to perform an extremely broad range of tests._
- _Shift Details_
- :•Full Time Day shift, four 10-hour days per week, and 6:00 a.
Responsibilities:
- + Performs accurate and reliable analyses requiring a complex network of steps and variables + Recognizes technical, instrument or physiological problems, identifying causes and evaluating alternative solutions + Confirms and verifying laboratory results utilizing in-depth knowledge of techniques, principles and instruments + Correlates and interpreting data based on knowledge of physiological conditions affecting test results + Establishes and monitors quality assurance programs + Participates in performance improvement programs + Must have ASCP accreditation orpass ASCP registry within 9 months of hire + Medical Lab Scientist experience in Microbiology preferred + Bachelor's degree in related Science field required •Job Requirements•
