Our care philosophy is guided by the following core principles: Dignity and Respect Information Sharing Participation Collaboration The Rehab Technician is responsible for performing assigned duties in accordance with NRHN policies, procedures, and standards of care while supporting the organization s mission, values, and commitment to quality outcomes. Essential Responsibilities The Inpatient Rehab Technician is responsible for assisting in the overall department operations by performing tasks including management of wheelchair fleet, patient transport, assistance with clinical treatment in accordance with state practice act and state/federal guidelines. The Inpatient Rehab Technician will perform clerical and cleaning duties as assigned by the department Team Leader. Qualifications High School graduate preferred. Certified in CPR biennially. Proven organizational skills. Proven interpersonal and communication skills. Proven ability to problem-solve and multi-task. Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision. Ability to bend, lift and assist with transfers and ambulation. Good general health and emotional stability.
