Job Description We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to support a high visibility AI transformation program within the R D organization of a global life sciences company. This individual will play a critical role in leading a portfolio of interconnected initiatives focused on modernizing how scientific, clinical, regulatory, and development content is created and managed across the product development lifecycle. The program is leveraging Generative AI, cloud technologies, and enterprise content solutions to improve efficiency, quality, scalability, and speed to business outcomes. This is not a traditional project management role. We are looking for a strategic program leader who can oversee multiple workstreams, drive governance, manage complex dependencies, and partner closely with senior business and technology stakeholders during a period of significant transformation. What You'll Be Supporting The program consists of multiple interconnected initiatives that share technology platforms, data, resources, stakeholders, and delivery teams. One of the primary focus areas is an AI enabled document generation platform designed to help accelerate the creation of critical business and scientific documentation through the use of approved source content, predefined templates, and Generative AI capabilities. The organization is currently evolving its technology strategy, operating model, and delivery approach, creating an opportunity for an experienced Program Manager to bring structure, leadership, and operational discipline to a rapidly growing enterprise initiative. Key Responsibilities Program Leadership & Governance

•  Oversee a portfolio of interconnected projects and workstreams
•  Drive program governance, operating cadences, and executive communications
•  Develop and maintain integrated program plans, roadmaps, and milestone tracking
•  Establish reporting standards, governance forums, and escalation pathways
•  Create executive-ready materials including steering committee presentations and status reports Risk & Dependency Management
•  Identify and manage program-level risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, and decisions
•  Drive mitigation strategies and resolution plans across stakeholders
•  Anticipate potential roadblocks before they impact schedule, scope, or program outcomes
•  Ensure cross-functional dependencies are visible, tracked, and proactively managed Stakeholder Management
•  Partner with business leaders, product teams, technology organizations, and external partners
•  Build alignment across stakeholders with competing priorities
•  Facilitate decision making and help drive resolution of complex program challenges
•  Present program updates, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership PMO & Operational Excellence
•  Establish and maintain PMO processes and best practices
•  Drive accountability across project teams and delivery partners
•  Support portfolio reporting, governance tracking, and program health monitoring
•  Ensure continuity of program knowledge and documentation Vendor & Delivery Partner Coordination
•  Coordinate activities across multiple delivery organizations
•  Align schedules, dependencies, and deliverables across internal and external teams
•  Monitor progress against major milestones and identify areas requiring intervention

•  Experience leading large-scale enterprise programs within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, life sciences or other highly regulated environments.
•  Demonstrated experience supporting Research & Development (R D)
•  Strong background in program governance, PMO leadership, and executive reporting
•  Expertise in risk management, dependency management, and cross-functional coordination
•  Experience leading programs with multiple concurrent projects and shared resources
•  Proven success managing highly visible enterprise initiatives in complex environments
•  Experience supporting global pharmaceutical or biotechnology organizations
•  Exposure to AI, Generative AI, data platforms, digital transformation, or cloud initiatives
•  Experience with enterprise content management, knowledge management, or document generation solutions
•  Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), AWS, Azure, or similar cloud ecosystems
•  PMP, PgMP, Agile, Scrum, or related project/program management certifications
