8:00am - 5:00pm, overtime as needed, possible weekend work

Compensation:

$50.00 - $70.00 (depending on level of experience)

Years of Experience:

Minimum of 4+ years of industry experience for a Scientist 1 level. Two years of experience may be considered for a "sharp and eager" candidate at a level 1 rate (Sr. Associate).

• More senior candidates will be expected to modify worksheets, design experiments with minimal direction, and handle scale-up activities.

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Associate Scientists to join our dynamic pharmaceutical research and development team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in conducting complex laboratory experiments, ensuring rigorous quality control, and supporting method development and validation activities. Your expertise will contribute to advancing our innovative products while maintaining strict compliance with regulatory standards. Ideal Background:

Process development for biologics, specifically for therapeutics that have gone into clinical trials or are approved drugs.

Required Technical Skills:

Downstream bioprocessing, normal flow filtration (NFF), tangential flow filtration (TFF), and chromatography.

Regulatory Knowledge:

General understanding of developing a drug manufacturing process under FDA and EU Medical (EMEA) regulations.

Soft Skills:

Must be self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.

Additional Knowledge:

Knowledge of GMP practices and familiarity with analytical assays. Preferred Skills (Stand-out Qualities):

• Experience writing to support IND (Investigational New Drug) or BLA (Biologics License Application) filings.
• Design of experiment and statistical analysis skills using JMP.
• Direct experience with process characterization.
• Experience with both early and late-phase clinical trial development.
