Full Job Description Description:
The Research Associate will support research projects by performing a variety of tasks including data collection, analysis, and administrative support. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Essential Responsibilities:
Support the handling and management of research samples. Extract relevant data and insights utilizing image analysis software and tools. Configure and operate various research equipment and systems. Process collected data and analyze it using statistical softwares. Create validation reports and present data to leadership and team. Other tasks in support of R D as assigned.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Psychology, Social Sciences, or related discipline). Previous experience in a research setting is preferred but not required. Basic knowledge of research methodologies and techniques. Familiarity with laboratory equipment and software used for data analysis. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data accurately. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
