Job Description Our client, a top personal care manufacturing company is looking for a Product Performance Specialist in Clark! The successful candidate will be skilled in consumer research, database management, reporting, statistical analysis with background in beauty, skincare, cosmetics, or personal care products.

Contract Role:
6 months (possible extension)
Pay:
$26.47/hr on W2
Responsibilities :
Assist with consumer research studies for skincare products while independently managing projects from start to finish. Demonstrate strong prioritization, attention to detail, and the ability to meet tight deadlines under pressure. Maintain flexibility, motivation, and adaptability to change direction seamlessly within a fast-paced team environment.
Required Qualifications:
Proficient in consumer research, database management, reporting, statistical analysis, and study design using tools like Excel and SIMS. Skilled in data structuring, survey/questionnaire design, and drafting recruitment screeners with strong attention to detail. Possesses ideal exposure and background in beauty, skincare, cosmetics, or personal care products. Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication alongside stakeholder coordination and vendor management.
