Job Description
- Develop and originate webinar and event ideas on public policy, geopolitics, sustainability, and related investment themes in partnership with the research team.
- Source, engage, and coordinate internal and external speakers, including corporate executives, policymakers, academics, and industry experts.
- Manage all event logistics, scheduling, compliance requirements, communications, and execution for webinars, expert calls, in-person events, and client meetings.
- Maintain and enhance databases of speakers, industry experts, clients, and event activities.
- Prepare marketing materials, briefing documents, speaker biographies, agendas, and post-event summaries.
- Partner closely with Corporate Access, Sales, Trading, and Investment Banking teams to maximize client engagement and event participation.
- Manage team calendars and support the day-to-day administrative and operational needs of the research franchise.
- Track event performance metrics and support initiatives aimed at expanding the team's client reach and market presence. Required Background
- Bachelor's degree with a strong academic record.
- Background in public policy, economics, finance, business, sustainability, political science, or a related field preferred.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills, particularly when working with senior and high-profile stakeholders.
- Ability to respond quickly and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proactive, resourceful, and highly organized with strong follow-through.
- Willingness to work outside normal business hours on occasion to support event execution and client engagement activities.
