Sep 21, 2026 We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Product Research Associate to join our pioneering team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in conducting large-scale field research, directly contributing to groundbreaking discoveries that impact athletes worldwide. Your work will directly inform the next generation of performance-enhancing products, making a tangible difference in the lives of athletes. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day logistics and support data collection and analysis for sport research programs.

Interact with researchers, athletes, and other staff, effectively communicating study details, troubleshooting equipment, and providing crucial updates.

Oversee inventory management of essential research tools and products, ensuring smooth operations.

Summarize and visualize complex data, transforming raw information into actionable insights.

Assist in the preparation of comprehensive reports and compelling presentations.

Contribute to larger scale field-based research studies, working directly with athletes to meticulously study movement patterns in real-world environments. Qualifications Must-Have Qualifications Minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience in human participant research.

Demonstrated experience with data processing, aggregation, analysis, and visualization.

Proven hands-on experience with human subject testing.

A track record of creative problem-solving in research settings.

Experience specifically in performance research.

Exceptional organizational and communication skills.

A degree is highly preferred, especially in fields such as movement science (e.g., biomechanics, kinesiology, biomedical engineering).

Familiarity with biomechanics, performance research, wearable sensors, motion capture, and force plates.

High level of initiative and the ability to perform tasks independently. Nice-to-Have Qualifications Working knowledge of programming languages such as Python or Matlab.
