Onsite Job Description - Product Research Associate 2
- On-site role at PHK; typical work hours, 4/1 hybrid schedule (some Fridays may be required on-site as per business needs)
- Potential for travel, though unlikely; at most, 1-2 domestic trips
- Degree required for this role: minimum Bachelor's, Master's preferred (preferably in neuroscience)
- Minimum of 4+ years' relevant experience (if candidate possesses a Bachelor's degree); if candidate has a Master's, 2+ years' of experience required Top must-have skills include the following:
- Executing human research (interacting with human subjects for a study)
- Familiarity with neuroimaging tools, or using neuroimaging tools to apply to human participants
- Ability to conduct basic research/analysis Desired soft skills:
- Personable
- Good communication skills
- Self starter
- Organized
- Comfortable working in ambiguity Skills that would make a candidate stand out:
- Familiarity running EEG studies
- Experience working with athletes
- Sensory perception experience
- ETW will help execute studies designed to investigate certain products and how they translate to an athlete's benefit/performance. Will work directly with athletes, applying EEG caps to participants according to protocol, making sure data is recorded and stored properly, cleaning data, and conducting preliminary analysis.
- ETW will work directly with ~2 other researchers on a direct team, and ~5 others on the perception science team
- HM will prioritize those can start ASAP, as this is an urgent need
- 1 round of interviews anticipated
- HM is okay with relocation (at ETW's expense) IF they can relocate in a timely manner
