Job Description Summary The Faculty Support GA provides instructional, scholarly, and programmatic support to faculty within the Department of Curriculum and Instruction. Through engagement in teaching, research, and departmental initiatives, the position supports the graduate assistant's continued professional development and advancement in the field of education. Department Educational Doctoral Program - MU2840 Location MUGC - Marshall University South Charleston Semester Fall Semester Hours Per Week Part Time (10 hrs a week) Qualifications Required Qualifications Education Earned master's degree in education or a related field. Admission to and continued enrollment in the Education Specialist (Ed.
S.) or Doctor of Education (Ed.
D.) major in Curriculum and Instruction. Experience Basic proficiency with computer applications and educational technologies. Preferred Qualifications Education Completed course work or professional interests related to teaching, learning, assessment, or research. Experience Experience teaching in an education setting.
