Job Description

Accountabilities:
The Case Assistant provides administrative and analytical support throughout the case lifecycle. This role is responsible for logging new intakes, supporting client interviews, synthesizing AI-generated interviews with handwritten notes, and drafting formal statements for use in ongoing investigations.
Case Intake & Setup:
Attend intake sessions for incoming cases and gather initial information. Use the internal tracking system to create, log, and structure new case files. Coordinate and schedule interviews based on team availability.
Interview Support & Note-Taking:
Sit in on live interviews. Take accurate, detailed, and clear notes in real time.
Statement Synthesis & Reporting:
Review raw transcripts, personal interview notes, and outputs from internal AI reporting tools. Synthesize these inputs to draft cohesive, accurate written statements for investigative use. Edit and refine drafts to ensure high accuracy and clarity before submitting final reports.
