Seasonal Public Works

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team for a seasonal 10 weeks job. The ideal candidates will be involved in various outdoor tasks, including weed eating, culvert and street maintenance, debris pickup and general labor duties. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. If you enjoy working outdoors, we encourage you to apply. Position will be 40/week for 10 weeks. Responsibilities Perform city maintenance including weed eating, culvert cleaning/maintenance, street maintenance, debris cleanup, painting and other general labor duties. Follow safety protocols while operating equipment and performing tasks. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on time. Other duties assigned by supervisor Qualifications Must be at least 16 years of age. A valid drivers license is required. Previous experience in labor work is preferred but not required. Familiarity with hand tools and power tools is beneficial. Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting heavy objects and working outdoors in varying weather conditions. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship. Good communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
