AM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a financial services location. Monitor access points and help to control entry and exit for employees, visitors, and/or vendors by checking identification, credentials, and authorized access status. Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document observations according to site protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and perimeter to help to identify suspicious activity, unsecured access points, and/or policy concerns. Communicate with site contacts, staff, and/or local responders when needed to support access control procedures, visitor processing, and incident reporting.

Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Customer service experience is preferred. Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
