Shelter Island, NY May - September SALT Shelter Island is hiring servers for a busy waterfront summer season. We're looking for energetic, professional team players who thrive in a fast-paced environment and deliver warm, attentive hospitality.

Job Description:

As a Server at SALT, you will be responsible for providing attentive, knowledgeable, and efficient service in a high-volume setting. You will guide guests through our food and beverage offerings, ensure accuracy in ordering, maintain clean and organized sections, and work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to deliver a seamless dining experience.
