Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a vibrant restaurant setting. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional guest relations and delivering outstanding food service. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable dining experience by providing timely service and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation. Duties Greet and seat guests promptly, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Take accurate food and drink orders using Clover POS or similar systems. Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, adhering to all food handling and safety guidelines. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including sanitizing tables and utensils after each use. Assist with the setup and breakdown of dining areas before and after service. Handle cash register transactions accurately, processing payments efficiently. Address guest inquiries or concerns with professionalism, ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication regarding orders and special requests. Stay informed about menu items, specials, and culinary offerings to provide knowledgeable recommendations to guests. Skills Previous experience in a nightclub or restaurant environment is preferred. Strong guest relations skills with the ability to create a positive dining experience. Proficient in cash register operations and handling transactions accurately. Knowledge of culinary practices and food handling standards is essential. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Familiarity with Aloha POS systems or OpenTable is advantageous but not required. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly demeanor.
